We want you to be completely happy with your Nexiffy purchase. If something is not right, we are here to help. Please read this policy carefully so you know exactly what to expect.
1.1 When Can You Return a Product?
We accept returns only in the following situation:
• The product you received is damaged — either broken, faulty, or not working properly when it arrived.
We do not accept returns for any other reason, such as a change of mind, wrong size chosen by the customer, or the product not meeting personal expectations. Please make sure you check the product details carefully before ordering.
1.2 Time Limit for Returns
• You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Requests made after 7 days will unfortunately not be accepted.
ℹ️ Example: If your order arrives on 1st June, you must contact us by 7th June to be eligible for a return.
1.3 How to Request a Return
If your product arrived damaged, here is what you need to do:
• Step 1: Take clear photos or a short video of the damaged product.
• Step 2: Email us at nexiffy.online@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
• Step 3: Include your order number and a short description of the damage in the email.
• Step 4: Our team will review your request and get back to you within 2 business days.
• Step 5: If your return is approved, we will send you further instructions on how to send the item back.
1.4 Refunds
• Once we receive your returned item and confirm that the product is damaged, we will process your refund.
• Your refund will be sent back to your original debit or credit card within 10 days of confirmation.
• We will send you an email to let you know once your refund has been processed.
ℹ️ Please allow a few extra days for your bank to show the refund in your account, as processing times can vary between banks.
1.5 Products We Cannot Accept Back
We are unable to process a return or refund if:
• The product was not damaged when delivered but has since been broken through use.
• The request is made after 7 days of delivery.
• No photo or video evidence of the damage is provided.
• The product has been tampered with, modified, or used incorrectly.
1.6 Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct product exchanges. If your product is confirmed as damaged, you will receive a full refund and are welcome to place a new order.
