4. Shipping Policy

We know you are excited to receive your order, and we work hard to get it to you as quickly as possible. Here is everything you need to know about how we handle shipping at Nexiffy.
4.1 Where Do We Deliver?
• We currently deliver across the United Kingdom only.
• We do not currently offer international shipping.
4.2 How Long Does Delivery Take?
• Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, your product will be delivered within 3 to 4 business days.
• Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
ℹ️ Example: If you place your order on Monday, you should expect to receive it by Thursday or Friday of the same week.
4.3 Order Processing
• Orders are reviewed and prepared within 1 business day of being placed.
• You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.
• Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery in real time.
4.4 Tracking Your Order
• A tracking ID or tracking number will be sent to your email address as soon as your parcel has been dispatched.
• You can use this tracking number on the courier's website to see exactly where your parcel is and when it will arrive.
• If you have not received your tracking details within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us at nexiffy.online@gmail.com.
4.5 Shipping Charges
• Shipping mostly free or may carry a small charge, depending on your order and any promotions running at the time.
• Any applicable shipping cost will be clearly shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
• You will never be charged a shipping fee without being informed first.
4.6 Packaging
• All Nexiffy products are packed carefully and securely to make sure they arrive in perfect condition.
• We use genuine, high-quality packaging materials to protect your items during transit.
• If your parcel arrives visibly damaged on the outside, please take photos before opening and contact us immediately.
4.7 Cancelling an Order Before Dispatch
If you need to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please email us as soon as possible at nexiffy.online@gmail.com. If the order has not yet been sent out, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible, and our Return & Refund Policy will apply.
4.8 Delays
While we always aim to deliver within 3 to 4 business days, there may be occasional delays caused by courier issues, high order volumes, or public holidays. If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery window, please contact us and we will look into it straight away.
