If you wish to cancel your order, you must email us as soon as possible at nexiffy.online@gmail.com. We will do our best to cancel your order if it has not yet been dispatched. Once a parcel has been sent out for delivery, we are unable to cancel the order, and our Return Policy will apply instead.
